Systems Integration
BDM has designed, manufactured and integrated mechanical and electronic systems for itself and outside customers including dozens of rocket vehicles, tanks, pressure vessels, valves systems and electronics. Rocket powered spans the range of simple computer controlled hovering craft to sub-orbital launch vehicles capable of reaching altitudes of over 60 miles. BDM has integrated propulsion systems onto aircraft for piloted flight demonstrations as well. We have also developed industry leading servo controlled pump systems for accurate delivery of high viscosity resins. BDM knows that systems begin with design and construction, but each project requires appropriate integration and test programs to bring out the performance as designed into them. In addition BDM has extensive experience at producing the ground and operational support equipment necessary to utilize any of these systems.
